At less than a 15-minute drive from Brussels, our headquarters are the
epicenter of all things Bellerose. The atypical building reflects the way we see Bellerose,
while also serving as a multifunctional hub to house all of our activities. What a lot of
people don’t realize is that almost everything we do, is done here. You’ll find our design
teams here, with our product developers close to them, but also our customer service, the
digital department and our logistics team. But we also have our own photo studio and

With so much going on under the same roof and so many different people
with different backgrounds, the one thing we all bond over (next to clothing, of course) is
food. No wonder that everyone’s drawn to our kitchen like magnets, foodies and aspiring
chefs alike. Friendships are forged while meals are prepared and enjoyed. But if emergencies
arise, ordering pizzas is an option too.
Per day, you’ll hear an average of 4 languages spoken, sometimes even in
the same conversation. This variety is one our strong points. About 70 people work here, of
which 1 in 3 isn’t Belgian. This brings a certain freshness to creative projects along with
a constant will to challenge ourselves on what we do and where we want to go. Bellerose
functions the way a start-up does, everyone manages own their schedule, in function of their
specific tasks and goals. Ideally, this stimulates people to take responsibility and attain
the goals they set.
