Bellerose is looking for a part-time travelling Visual Merchandiser to join our teams in Belgium, the Netherlands and France on a 24-hour contract basis.
Responsibilities and function
- Under the responsibility of the VM Manager, design the layout of the products in both windows and in the stores to authentically represent the brand and maximize sales potential.
- Present the window and display in alignment with directives and standars set by the VM Manager, ensuring adherence to the brands ethos and guidelines.
- Provide customers with an attractive, memorable and loyal experience
- Train store staff on the established visual presentation standards of merchandise.
- Regularly refresh product arrangements based on incoming deliveries and merchandiser arrivals.
- Track sales Key Performance Indicators and implement actions necessary to achieve sales objectives
- Operate in harmony with the brand's culture, products, image and target demographics.
Profile
You have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Visual Merchandising, creative, autonomous, organized and with excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy traveling and interacting with different teams.
