We are looking for a strong Store Manager for our new Outlet in Sint Martens Latem.
Function
As Store Manager you are part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager. You are a true ambassador of our brand and you ensure that our store is both operationally well run and well managed. Your responsibilities are mainly situated around three pillars:
- Management
- You evaluate and motivate your sales team in line with the company's vision.
- Company strategy
- You provide premium customer service and ensure lasting customer loyalty.
- You ensure increasing sales figures.
- You ensure correct compliance with visual merchandising.
- Administrative and financial management
- You are responsible for the inventories.
- You ensure optimal management of the collections, deliveries, and stock management.
- You manage all the administration related to your team.
In short, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of your store.
Profile
- Passionate about Bellerose and feel akin to our values and our way of working
- Customer focused
- Experience in pursuing and improving KPIs and targets in the retail sector
- Good insights into the operational functioning of a big fashion store
- Excellent social and leadership skills
- Organizational skills to run a store
- Speak very good Dutch, but also in French or English
