We are currently looking for a new talent to join our product development department. The quality assurer reports to the Operations Director and assures the quality of all Bellerose products in respect of the product-specifications given by the product-developers.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verification of the collections (men, women, kids) in view of the quality-optimization during the industrial production-process.
- Checking of the quality and technical characteristics of the fabrics & trims before production.
- Quality -Inspection regarding the conformity of the pre-production and pre-shipment-samples.
- Inspection of the quality of the finished goods or co-ordinate and organize the inspections by our Quality controller.
- Communication with the suppliers regarding product-quality.
YOUR ASSETS
You have a technical fashion- degree and experience in the apparel product-development. Experience and background of Quality control in fashion as well as a strong textile knowledge is an advantage.
- Technical fashion degree – Bachelor
- Interest in apparel product-development or quality assurance of woven, knit or circular knit and this regarding finishing-techniques and fittings (Men, Women, kids) and technical knowledge of fabrics and materials
- Good skills of current computer-programs: MS outlook, Office suite, Adobe illustrator etct
- Communicative, analytic, keen eye for details and strong overview
