Free shipping for all orders over 80 €.
Orders under 80 € :
- Belgium, Netherlands, France & Germany: 10 €
- Other European Union countries: 20 €
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We usually ship orders in stock within 24 hrs of payment from Monday to Friday. At the very most it can take up to 4 business days.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
We use GLS shipping service.
For France, we use Colissimo.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
We ship orders to all the European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Attention: Islands and city-states like La Réunion, Jesery, Andorra, Monaco, Malta, Lichtenstein, Gibraltar, Guerney and the likes run the risk of being charged for customs.

For now, we only ship to the countries stated here above. We are working towards expansion to other countries. Please feel free to send us an email for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

WHAT IF MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK?
Confirmation is sent when your order has been shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for this information to update. Contact us if you have more questions about your tracking number at email@example.com or by phone + 32 (0)2 481 53 87.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure that the items still have all original tags and labels attached to them and that they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Returns are free, but only within the first 7 days after delivery. Delivery can either be at a home or work address, or a pick-up point.
After these 7 days, the costs for shipping your return will be at your expense.
After 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Il you have a client account, please login to your acount to access the list of your purchase.
If you don't have a client acount, please go to our return portal (https://www.bellerose.be/account/login), and access your order to return with your email adress and your order ID.
Please make sure that all items still have the original tags and labels attached to them and that they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Don’t forget to fill in the return form.
IN WHICH CASE DO YOU REIMBURSE SHIPPING COSTS?
We’ll reimburse your shipping costs only if you’ve received the wrong item(s). In all other cases shipping will be at your expense. We recommend insuring your return package (or obtaining a tracking number of some sort). Please note that returns are out of our control until they’ve arrived at our warehouse.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER VIA YOUR STORES?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in our stores, nor will our stores be able to refund you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO GO THROUGH?
We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 3–10 days for your bank account to update.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please send back the item(s) and reorder the item(s) in another size online. See “How Do I Return An Item?”.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN YOUR STORES?
Yes, exchanges are possible in our stores, however exchanges are only possible for a different size or color of the same model, with the same price.
Please note that you cannot be reimbursed in our stores.
