We are looking for a strong Store Manager (m/f/x) for our Flagshipstore in GENT. Are you a team leader, is the Bellerose DNA in your blood and do you have a passion for retail? Then you might soon be part of our Bellerose family.

Function

As Store Manager you are part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager. You are a true ambassador of our brand and you ensure that our store is both operationally well run and well managed. Your responsibilities are mainly situated around three pillars:

1. Management

• You evaluate and motivate your sales team in line with the company's vision.

2. Company strategy

• You provide premium customer service and ensure lasting customer loyalty.
• You ensure increasing sales figures.
• You ensure correct compliance with visual merchandising.

3. Administrative and financial management

• You are responsible for the inventories.
• You ensure optimal management of the collections, deliveries and stock management.
• You manage all the administration related to your team.

In short, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of your store.

Profile

• Are you passionate about Bellerose and feel akin to our values and our way of working?
• Are you strongly customer focused?
• Do you have experience in pursuing and improving KPIs and targets in the retail sector?
• Do you have good insights into the operational functioning of a flagship store?
• Do you have excellent social and leadership skills?
• Do you have the organizational skills to run a store?
• Do you speak very good Dutch, but also in French or English?
