We are looking for a passionate and dedicated colleague to join our Customer Care Service team for a duration of 2 months. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and will act as a liaison between the company and its customers.

Duration of contract: December 2023 – January 2024


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Process orders, returns and exchanges in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, policies and procedures so you can help customers better
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings and coaching sessions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to empathize with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and French or Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Be interested in new technology and artificial intelligence
