Responsibilities:
- Ensure an ultimate customer experience. You are the point of contact for our B2B customers.
- You carry out queries and solve issues by email and phone.
- Management of the order portfolio, restocking and exchanges.
- Management of the delivery planning.
- You work closely together with your colleagues.
Profile:
- Administrative or commercial bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is an asset.
