Introduction
As the Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager. Your exceptional ability to inspire and motivate colleagues will be key in unlocking their full potential. Your passion for sales, coupled with a deep understanding of the Bellerose DNA, will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and unique identity of our brand.

Tasks

  • You provide premium customer service and ensure sustainable customer loyalty.
  • Track the progress of weekly & monthly objectives
  • Managing the overall workflow of the store
  • Contribute to good stock management
  • Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with the store manager on setting and achieving team-specific

    Profile

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Experience in store management
    • Ability to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Team-oriented with excellent leadership skills
    • Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills
    • Experience in retail is a must
    • Hands-on mentality
    • You are not afraid of weekend work
