CUSTOMER SERVICE B2B & LOGISTICS OFFICER

Authenticity is core to all 16 flagship Bellerose stores and its 600 multi brand customers across Europe, Japan and the United States. Merging architectural genius with respect and preservation of the space: the stores are designed with wood, ambient sound, olfactory, cosy, raw and wide spaces. We are currently looking for a new talent to join our Logistics and Customer Service B2B department. The responsibilities of the new administrative collaborator will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure an ultimate customer You are the point of contact for our B2B customers.
  • You carry out queries and solve issues by email and phone.
  • Management of the order portfolio, restocking and exchanges.
  • Management of the delivery planning.
  • You work closely together with your colleagues.

 

YOUR ASSETS

Here are the required education level, skills, and qualifications:

  • Administrative or commercial bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French and Spanish is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong administrative skills, precise, and good personal organization.
  • Autonomous, proactive, eager to learn by asking good questions and deeply understanding the processes.
  • Team-player, stress resistant & patient.
