Vous ferez partie de l’équipe finances et prendrez en charge :
- Encodage paiements et suivi factor :
- Encodage des paiements et frais
- Envoi du portefeuille & demande du cash disponible
- Facturation
- Export des factures de CEGID vers Winbooks
- Contrôle de l’analytique dans Winbooks
- Envoi des factures aux clients par Billit
- Archivage
- Rappels de paiement
- Gestion des rappels de paiement dans Trust it
- Suivi des emails et demandes particulières
- Suivi par virement

Une première expérience similaire est absolument indispensable !
Vous avez par ailleurs une excellente organisation
Vous êtes précis et avez le sens du détail
Vous êtes bilingue FR/EN ou NL/EN
